We purchased our second skate mate from Derby Diva this spring for my nephew's birthday (GREAT product and cool colors). Dean made up a sporty red one specially for us on request and then took extraordinary measures to make sure it arrived in Bastrop, TX in time for the birthday party -- despite my putting the wrong state in the online order form! Ok, normally I don't write reviews. I am a lawyer and I find something wrong with everything. I am making an exception in this case. I stumbled upon Derby Diva a couple of months ago when I was looking for a website that, not only sold products, but offered education. I found that and more here at Derby Diva. Let me give you two examples.
First, my Mom wanted to get me some derby stuff for Xmas. She knows very little about derby. Despite that, the folks at derby diva walked her through what to and what not to buy for my needs. They DID NOT force more expensive products on her but instead recommended what was safe and would really help me. She loved working with them
Second, I bought my new skates from them. Not only did they take time to size me correctly (which other sites did not do), but also spent time with me trying to find the best combination for me to excell. I got my skates and LOVE THEM!!!

Not only did Nancy and Dean answer all of my questions with patience, knowledge and enthusiasm and help me pick out the right gear, they went way above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed at very short notice. I am so glad I found Derby Diva. They go out of their way to help you get it right. I am a total beginner and had many questions and they answered each one. The service and knowledge is beyond professional. I will continue to go to Derby Diva for my skating items...their prices are great and I received my order quickly. They talked me through the sizing process over the phone and ordering process. They let me try on skates to make sure I ordered the right size. I had my first Derby lesson today and everything fit perfectly. If the website had a 20 rating choice...I would give them a 20.

Derby Diva will definately be my stop for ALL my derby needs!! I ordered wheels and bearings and expected to have to wait at least a week for my order and i received it in 2 DAYS!! Their customer service exceeded any cs i have ever dealt with! Nancy answered all my emails, and there were many, with speed and knowledge and helped me make my difficult decision. Customer Service cannot get any better than this and coupled with their knowledge and prices, Derby Diva is a no-brainer for all your derby needs! i wish i could give them more than a 10 rating!

I ordered hex pads after fracturing my tailbone and Derby Diva gave me the MOST AMAZING customer service ever. After I placed the order, they emailed to confirm that I had ordered the right size - and went as far as getting my measurements to ensure that I had a perfect fit! I ordered late at night and had my delivery 2 days later. And they were right! I hadn't ordered the correct size in the first place. The customer service blew me away and will keep me coming back again and again! I will be recommending Derby Diva to everyone I know who's in need of anything derby related!

Derby Diva is two thumbs up and five stars of awesomesauce. DD was incredibly helpful to me when I was purchasing a new pair of skates. I was looking for an upgrade from my starter skates and they offered the best of advice in order for me to find the perfect boots, plates, wheels, and toe stops for my ability and tastes. They had everything I was interested in ordering and I received everything much faster then I ever expected or have ever experienced from other online skate vendors. The next time I need any sort of new gear, Derby Diva will easily be my first stop!

Derby Diva has been awesome. I asked a question about a skate boot that they do not carry and they went a lot further then I ever expected anybody would. I emailed and 10 mins later they responded. That alone impressed me. When I ordered my boots they called me to get my sizes to make sure I'd get the right size. If I had any questions they were there to answer them. They called me when they were going out for delivery and called me later that night while they were on vacation. They didn't need to do that but did to make sure my boots fit correctly. I'm a derby diva customer for life and will recommend them to anybody I know that needs anything for skates. If I could give you an 11 I would instead of making 10 one louder.
