Derby Diva is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Personal Information

Under no circumstances do we transfer your email address to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs. Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather records information about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our web site and over all user experience.

There are two ways you can provide us with and consent to our collection of certain personal information:

E-mail Request - Links throughout our site provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions, request information and materials, or provide comments and suggestions. You may also be offered the opportunity to have one of our Sales Representatives contact you personally to provide additional information about our products or services. To do so, we may request additional personal information from you, such as your name and telephone number, to help us satisfy your request.

Purchasing - You may choose to purchase one of our products or services where we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. For certain products and services, we may require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Your Ability to Opt-Out of Further Notifications

Periodically, we notify our customers of new products, announcements, and updates. If you would like to opt-out of being notified, please contact us at info@derbydiva.com or choose opt-out on the email you received.

Returns:

We want you to get skates and boots that fit the first time. Please use our extensive sizing charts and descriptions on the home page tabs or feel free to call us. If you need to return a skate or boot, please contact us at 914-771-7100 for instructions. Do not send anything back to us without contacting us first. * Skates must be in brand new, unworn condition in the original new packaging or they cannot be returned. Several manufacturers charge a restocking fee of 15%, others don't charge anything. If we are not charged a re-stocking fee, neither will you be. Stock skates (skates already made as a package do not carry restocking fees as long as they are in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging in the same condition. Unique, custom or constructed skates are NOT returnable. If you need a special color, plate combination, width or anything out of normal stock make sure you order the correct size as these are NOT returnable. We can always work with you and ship just a boot for trial sizing before ordering a custom package.  If you need to return a stock skate, boot or other stock item we will happily assist you but please understand all associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanges:

If we made a mistake we will make it right immediately at no cost to you. If you need to exchange a stock skate, boot or other stock item for a different size or item we will happily assist you but please understand all associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We require that all exchanges and returns be made within 14 days of receipt. After this period we will only accept non-custom items for store credit up to 30 days after receipt.
